Jennifer McKenzie serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production for Tow Rope Entertainment, bringing more than three decades of leadership and management experience to the studio's executive and production operations.

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, Mrs. McKenzie built her professional foundation in the fashion and luxury industries, including work with internationally recognized brands Escada and Ralph Lauren. Over the course of her career, she developed extensive experience leading teams, managing complex operations, coordinating creative and business priorities, and maintaining high standards of execution in demanding professional environments.

At Tow Rope Entertainment, Mrs. McKenzie is a senior member of the studio's executive leadership team and oversees the operational and production infrastructure supporting TRE's growing slate of live-action and animated projects.

As Head of Production, she works across the filmmaking process, coordinating producers, directors, assistant directors, department heads, cast and crew, production resources, schedules, and workflows from development and pre-production through physical production and delivery. She also serves as an Executive Producer on TRE productions.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. McKenzie works directly with Founder, CEO and Studio Head Dr. Patrick J. Fullerton to translate the company's creative and strategic objectives into executable plans. Her responsibilities span studio operations, production planning, personnel and team coordination, scheduling, workflow, and execution across TRE's expanding portfolio.

With more than 30 years of leadership and management experience, Mrs. McKenzie brings a combination of creative sensibility, organizational leadership, and operational discipline to Tow Rope Entertainment — helping ensure the studio's productions are ambitious in their storytelling, disciplined in their execution, and built to deliver.

Steve Tirpak is a composer, orchestrator and multi-instrumentalist whose work spans some of the biggest stages in music. He has written music for the Academy Awards, orchestrated for Jay-Z at Carnegie Hall, and toured as a trombonist with John Legend. He has also contributed to more than one hundred major-label projects, including Silk Sonic's An Evening With Silk Sonic and Michael Jackson's XSCAPE.

Years of writing for live audiences and high-profile moments taught him how music carries a story, from building tension to setting up a release to leaving room for a quiet beat. He now brings that instinct to scoring for film and media, writing music that serves the picture and gives each scene its emotional weight.

With nearly three decades of professional film and television experience, Mr. Wiggins has built his career in some of the most physically demanding areas of production. A SAG-AFTRA member since 1994, his experience spans stunt performance, stunt coordination, action performance, acting, and physical production, giving him a practical understanding of how ambitious action is designed, prepared, coordinated, and executed safely for the screen.

His professional credits include major motion pictures and international productions such as Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, Into the Blue, Max Manus: Man of War, and Netflix's Troll, among numerous other film and television projects. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside directors, assistant directors, performers, stunt teams, and production departments in environments where preparation, communication, precision, and safety are essential.

As TRE's Chief Stunt & Safety Officer, Mr. Wiggins provides executive leadership for stunt operations and production safety. He works with the studio's producers, directors, assistant directors, stunt coordinators, department heads, and production teams to integrate action design, risk assessment, safety planning, rehearsals, personnel coordination, and on-set execution into the production process from the earliest stages of pre-production.

His mandate extends beyond individual stunt sequences. At Tow Rope Entertainment, production safety is treated as an executive responsibility and an integral part of production planning. Mr. Wiggins helps establish the standards, procedures, and culture necessary to protect cast and crew while allowing filmmakers to execute demanding creative work effectively and professionally.

As an Executive Producer, he also contributes his decades of hands-on production experience to the broader planning and execution of TRE projects, helping bridge creative ambition with the practical realities of physical production.

Jeanay Adamich serves as Chief Visual & Creative Officer and Executive Producer for Tow Rope Entertainment, providing executive leadership over the studio's visual identity and helping shape the visual language through which TRE's stories, productions, and intellectual property are brought to audiences.

Ms. Adamich earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her master's degree from Stetson University. She previously served as an Assistant Professor of Digital Arts and Photography at the University of Central Florida, bringing to TRE a combination of academic expertise, artistic discipline, technical proficiency, and professional creative experience.

An accomplished photographer and highly experienced drone cinematographer, Ms. Adamich has developed expertise across digital imagery, photography, visual composition, and aerial cinematography. Her understanding of light, movement, perspective, scale, and composition informs a visual approach in which every image has a purpose and every frame contributes to the story.

As Chief Visual & Creative Officer, Ms. Adamich provides leadership across TRE's visual ecosystem — from early creative development and visual concepts through production imagery, aerial cinematography, key art, promotional materials, digital presentation, and the broader visual identity of Tow Rope Entertainment and its portfolio of original intellectual property.

She collaborates with directors, cinematographers, production designers, animators, visual-effects artists, editors, marketing professionals, and other creative teams to help establish and maintain a cohesive visual language from development through production, post-production, and presentation to audiences.

Her expertise in aerial cinematography provides TRE with a distinctive creative capability. Ms. Adamich approaches the aerial camera not simply as a platform for establishing shots, but as a cinematic instrument — using movement, geography, architecture, landscape, altitude, and perspective to establish scale, atmosphere, emotion, and place.

As an Executive Producer, she brings her visual expertise into broader creative and production decision-making, helping connect artistic ambition with the technical and operational requirements necessary to execute it.

Ms. Adamich brings Tow Rope Entertainment a rare combination of artist, educator, photographer, aerial cinematographer, and creative executive. Her mandate extends beyond any single image or production: she helps define how Tow Rope Entertainment and its stories are seen — on screen, in the marketplace, and across the studio's evolving creative identity.

Paula Perry serves as Chief Talent & Casting Officer, Casting Director, and Executive Producer for Tow Rope Entertainment, providing executive leadership over the studio's casting and talent strategy across its growing slate of feature films, television series, and animated productions.

With more than three decades of experience in talent management and business leadership, Ms. Perry brings to TRE a combination of industry judgment, relationship management, organizational leadership, and business discipline. Her career has been built around understanding people — identifying talent, developing professional relationships, managing expectations, and bringing the right individuals together around a shared objective.

Ms. Perry also brings a strong academic foundation to her executive role, holding both undergraduate and master's-level credentials from the University of Phoenix, including studies in business. That combination of formal business education and decades of practical talent-management experience informs her approach to casting as both a creative discipline and a critical component of production strategy.

As Chief Talent & Casting Officer, Ms. Perry leads TRE's studio-wide approach to casting and talent. She works with the Founder and Studio Head, producers, directors, production leadership, representatives, agents, managers, and performers to identify and pursue talent capable of elevating each project creatively while supporting the broader objectives of the production.

Her mandate extends beyond filling individual roles. She helps develop talent strategy across TRE's portfolio — evaluating creative fit, ensemble chemistry, availability, professional relationships, production requirements, and the long-term potential of talent relationships as the studio builds films, television series, animation, and potential franchises.

As Casting Director, Ms. Perry works directly with TRE's filmmakers to translate characters from the written page into casting opportunities, helping identify performers who can embody the material and strengthen the director's creative vision. Her decades of experience managing talent provide an important perspective on both sides of that relationship: what a production requires from its performers and what performers and their representatives require from a professional production organization.

As an Executive Producer, she brings talent considerations into the broader development, packaging, and production process, ensuring that casting is integrated into strategic decision-making rather than treated as an isolated step after development.

Matthew M. Fischer, Esq. serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Tow Rope Entertainment, providing executive leadership and legal oversight across the studio's corporate, intellectual property, financing, production, and commercial activities.

A graduate of the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Mr. Fischer earned his Juris Doctor and went on to serve as an attorney with the Federal Bureau of Investigation during the Global War on Terror era. That experience placed him within one of the nation's premier federal law-enforcement and national-security organizations during a consequential period in modern American history, contributing to a professional foundation built around discretion, accountability, risk assessment, and the management of complex legal matters.

Mr. Fischer now brings that experience to Tow Rope Entertainment as the studio's senior legal executive. Working directly with Founder, CEO and Studio Head Dr. Patrick J. Fullerton and TRE's executive leadership team, he integrates legal strategy into the company's business, financing, intellectual property, and production decision-making.

His mandate encompasses the legal framework supporting TRE's operations and productions, including corporate governance, entity structuring, intellectual property protection, production agreements, talent and filmmaker agreements, financing documentation, licensing and distribution matters, commercial transactions, risk management, and contractual relationships with the studio's partners and service providers.

Intellectual property protection is central to his responsibilities. With Tow Rope Entertainment built upon a substantial portfolio of original film and television IP, Mr. Fischer helps ensure that the company's underlying rights are properly documented, protected, structured, and positioned for long-term commercial exploitation while safeguarding TRE's ownership interests.

As General Counsel, he advises studio leadership throughout the lifecycle of a production — from development, packaging, and financing through pre-production, principal photography, post-production, distribution, and exploitation. His involvement allows legal and business considerations to be incorporated into production strategy from the outset rather than addressed after critical decisions have been made.

Mr. Fischer's background brings TRE a combination of federal legal experience, executive judgment, and entertainment-business counsel particularly suited to a studio built around protecting and commercializing original intellectual property.

As Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Mr. Fischer provides the legal foundation necessary to protect Tow Rope Entertainment, its intellectual property, its productions, and its business relationships as the studio continues to grow.

Thomas Shaffer, Esq. serves as Chief Business Affairs Officer and Executive Producer for Tow Rope Entertainment, bringing legal experience, business judgment, and relationship-driven dealmaking to the studio's executive leadership team.

An experienced attorney, Mr. Shaffer operates at the intersection of entertainment, business, talent, and strategic relationships. His role at TRE extends beyond traditional legal analysis, focusing on the business relationships, negotiations, partnerships, and transactions required to move intellectual property from development through financing, packaging, production, and commercialization.

As Chief Business Affairs Officer, Mr. Shaffer works directly with Founder, CEO and Studio Head Dr. Patrick J. Fullerton and TRE's executive leadership to help structure and advance key business relationships across the studio's growing slate. He works alongside the company's legal leadership while maintaining a distinct executive mandate centered on business affairs, negotiations, talent relationships, strategic partnerships, and deal execution.

Mr. Shaffer also brings significant experience working directly with professional athletes and other high-profile talent. His relationships include former heavyweight boxing champion Michael Moorer and former NFL All-Pro running back Le'Veon Bell, experience that provides TRE with an important understanding of talent representation, relationship management, negotiations, and the transition of accomplished individuals from sports and other industries into entertainment.

That experience has particular relevance to TRE's development of The Quiet Champion, the studio's dramatic project based on the life and career of Michael Moorer. Mr. Shaffer serves as an Executive Producer on the project, helping bridge the relationship between the subject, filmmakers, talent, business interests, and production.

As an Executive Producer, Mr. Shaffer contributes to development, packaging, talent strategy, negotiations, and production planning across TRE projects. His legal background allows him to evaluate transactions with an attorney's attention to detail, while his producing responsibilities require the broader commercial and creative perspective necessary to move a motion picture forward.

His position complements TRE's Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel: legal leadership protects the enterprise and its intellectual property, while business affairs helps convert relationships, rights, talent, and opportunities into executable transactions.

Mr. Shaffer brings Tow Rope Entertainment a combination of legal training, trusted relationships, negotiation experience, and producing judgment — helping the studio turn opportunities into partnerships and partnerships into productions.

Major General Kurt Sonntag, U.S. Army (Ret.), serves as Senior Executive Advisor for Military & Special Operations Strategy for Tow Rope Entertainment, bringing decades of senior military leadership, Special Forces experience, operational command, and national-security expertise to the studio's leadership team.

A career U.S. Army Special Forces officer, General Sonntag served at virtually every level of the Special Operations enterprise. His assignments included leadership positions within the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), service with U.S. Army Special Operations Command, and command of Special Operations Command South. He also served as Deputy Commanding General of U.S. Army Special Operations Command and commanded Combined Joint Task Force–Horn of Africa.

General Sonntag culminated his military career as Commanding General of the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, where he was responsible for the training and education of the Army's Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and Psychological Operations professionals and helped oversee modernization and development across the Army Special Operations enterprise.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, General Sonntag also completed graduate education at Louisiana State University and the U.S. Naval War College and served as a National Security Fellow at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

At Tow Rope Entertainment, General Sonntag provides senior-level guidance on military and Special Operations strategy, organizational culture, command relationships, mission planning, leadership, operational realism, and the portrayal of U.S. and partner military forces. His experience gives TRE access to perspective developed not merely through research, but through decades of command and operational service.

His involvement begins where authenticity matters most: during development. By bringing experienced military judgment into the creative process early, TRE can build characters, organizations, missions, terminology, decision-making, and operational environments that feel credible before cameras ever roll.

General Sonntag's role extends beyond technical accuracy. His experience commanding complex organizations and leading personnel in demanding environments provides TRE's filmmakers and executive leadership with insight into the human dimensions of military storytelling — leadership, responsibility, sacrifice, teamwork, consequence, and the realities behind the uniform.

As Senior Executive Advisor for Military & Special Operations Strategy, General Sonntag helps Tow Rope Entertainment pursue an uncompromising objective: when TRE tells stories involving America's military and Special Operations community, authenticity is built into the story from the beginning.

Vice Admiral Albert H. Konetzni Jr., U.S. Navy (Ret.), serves as Senior Executive Advisor for Naval & Technical Strategy for Tow Rope Entertainment, bringing decades of command experience, nuclear-submarine expertise, strategic leadership, and large-scale organizational management to the studio's leadership team.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a career nuclear submariner, Admiral Konetzni commanded throughout the United States Navy's submarine enterprise, ultimately serving as Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet. His leadership helped shape the future posture of the Pacific submarine force, including the establishment of a permanent forward-deployed attack-submarine presence in Guam.

Admiral Konetzni later served as Deputy and Chief of Staff of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet and Deputy Commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command. In that capacity, his responsibilities encompassed the readiness and performance of a force consisting of approximately 160 ships, nearly 1,200 aircraft, 50 bases and facilities, and more than 133,000 personnel.

His military career combined the extraordinary technical demands of naval nuclear propulsion and undersea warfare with responsibility for some of the largest and most complex operational organizations in the United States military. Following his naval service, Admiral Konetzni continued in senior executive positions within the energy, engineering, and marine-services sectors, extending that experience into technically sophisticated commercial organizations.

At Tow Rope Entertainment, Admiral Konetzni provides senior guidance on naval operations, submarine warfare, command culture, technical environments, strategic decision-making, organizational leadership, and the authentic portrayal of the United States Navy and undersea domain.

His role gives TRE's filmmakers access to something research alone cannot provide: the perspective of an officer who spent a career operating, commanding, and ultimately shaping the force being portrayed.

Admiral Konetzni also contributes a broader executive perspective to TRE's leadership team. His experience leading large organizations, managing technically complex operations, developing personnel, and implementing strategic change provides insight extending well beyond military-themed productions.

As Senior Executive Advisor for Naval & Technical Strategy, Admiral Konetzni helps ensure that when Tow Rope Entertainment enters the world of naval warfare, submarines, military command, or technically demanding operations, the storytelling is grounded in experience, precision, and authenticity.
